随着计算机和信息技术的飞速发展,如何引导官兵正确学习网络知识,合理利用健康的网络资源开展思想政治工作,已成为各级领导关注和探索的焦点。似乎一夜之间,“博客”一词闯入了平静的军营生活。依托军事网络平台,越来越多的官兵或隐姓埋名或堂而皇之地拥有了博客,并发展为展示自我、彰显个性的全新空间。两年来,“塔山英雄团”的各个连队党支部书记,把“博客”用在基层支部建设中,以基层连队党支部名义自发建博、亲自写博、专人更新,收到了意想不到的效果,值得我们学习借鉴。
