於油菜三叶期喷施浓度为200ppm的MET可提高秧苗素质及其抗寒力,并增加移载后以活率,是提高油菜籽产量的生物学基础。MET提高油菜秧苗抗寒性的生理学表现之一是减少细胞电解质泄漏,增强细胞膜稳定性。MET提高油菜秧苗抗寒性的重要原因是根系发达、根冠比提高,吸收能力强。单株~(32)P吸收量是对照的1.65倍,~(32)P输出率也比对照高。根系吸收的~(32)P主要输送至叶片。
The application of MET at a concentration of 200 ppm in the third leaf stage of rapeseed can improve seedling quality and its cold hardiness and increase the viability after transplanting, which is the biological basis for increasing rapeseed yield. One of the physiological manifestations of MET to improve the cold resistance of rapeseed seedlings is to reduce cell electrolyte leakage and enhance cell membrane stability. The main reason for improving the cold resistance of rapeseed seedlings is the developed root system, increased root / shoot ratio and strong absorption capacity. The absorption of ~ (32) P per plant was 1.65 times of the control, and the output of ~ (32) P was also higher than that of the control. The root absorbed ~ (32) P is mainly transported to the leaves.
