随着我国经济的发展,及近几年经济的持续增长,我国已成为世界上第二位能源生产国和能源消费国,而煤炭消费比重仍较大。煤矿生产的主要方式为井下开采,井下环境复杂、空间小而封闭造成了井下工作环境较差,存在很多安全隐患。这些安全隐患不仅给煤炭开采带来困难,而且时刻威胁工作人员生命安全,所以做好煤矿采掘安全管理工作迫在眉睫。本文针对这些方面问题,提出了一些合理、科学的防范措施。
With the economic development of our country and the continuous economic growth in recent years, our country has become the second energy-producing country and energy consuming country in the world, and the proportion of coal consumption is still relatively large. The main mode of coal mine production is underground mining. The downhole environment is complex and the space is small and closed, resulting in the poor underground working environment with many potential safety hazards. These hidden dangers not only bring difficulties to coal mining, but also threaten the life and safety of the staff at all times, so it is imminent to do a good job in safety management of coal mining. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward some reasonable and scientific preventive measures.
