基于Kirchhoff定律,利用半导体激光器及钽酸锂热释电探测器设计了一种实用化的实时测温系统。在介绍系统测温原理的基础上,着重分析了反射辐射对该系统测温精度的影响。提出了利用水冷遮蔽板抑制反射辐射对该系统测温精度影响的方法,对水冷遮蔽板进行了优化设计。分析表明,采用优化设计的水冷遮蔽板之后,在要求的测温范围400~1200℃内,反射辐射对该系统测温精度的影响可以忽略不计。
Based on Kirchhoff’s law, a practical real-time temperature measurement system is designed by using semiconductor laser and lithium tantalate pyroelectric detector. On the basis of introducing the principle of temperature measurement in the system, the influence of the reflected radiation on the temperature measurement accuracy of the system is emphatically analyzed. The method of using the water-cooled shielding plate to suppress the influence of reflected radiation on the temperature measurement accuracy of the system is proposed, and the water-cooling shielding plate is optimized. The analysis shows that the influence of the reflected radiation on the temperature measurement accuracy of the system is negligible after the optimal design of the water-cooled shield is used within the required temperature range of 400-1200 ° C.
