对制备泡沫铝增粘过程中,在不同搅拌电压和加入MnO的条件下,搅拌扭矩随时间的变化进行了研究。熔体铝中加入钙、镁增粘剂的搅拌扭矩表现出与时间相关的特性。增粘过程产生的金属间化合物对粘度的作用不容忽略。低的氧化程度和采用较高的搅拌电压对得到高质量的泡沫铝是非常重要的。
In the process of increasing the viscosity of foamed aluminum, the variation of stirring torque with time under different stirring voltage and adding MnO was studied. Calcium is added to the melt aluminum, and the stirring torque of the magnesium tackifier shows time-dependent properties. The effect of the intermetallic compounds produced by the viscosifying process on the viscosity can not be neglected. Low oxidation and the use of higher stirring voltage to obtain high quality aluminum foam is very important.
