强流加速器及其离子束有极其重要的应用和发展前景。但是,强流离子束产生的束晕-混沌现象已成为强流离子束应用中的关键问题之一。束晕-混沌是一种复杂的时空混沌运动,本文提出的非线性控制方法设计了特殊的非线性反馈函数。数值模拟结果表明:应用上述方法进行离散控制,对于5种质子束初始分布情形,都有效地实现了对强流质子束束晕-混沌的控制。控制后束晕强度因子很快变为零,质子束的所有统计量,如束均方根半径、束横向动量平方和的平均值和平均发射度等比控制前都减至原来的1/3多。该法十分有效,具有应用潜力。
Strong current accelerator and its ion beam have extremely important applications and development prospects. However, the halo-chaos phenomenon caused by high-intensity ion beams has become one of the key issues in the application of high-intensity ion beams. Beam Halo - Chaos is a complex space-time chaotic motion. The nonlinear control method proposed in this paper designs a special nonlinear feedback function. The numerical simulation results show that the proposed method can be used for discrete control. For the initial distribution of the five kinds of proton beams, the halo - chaos control of the proton beam is effectively achieved. After the control, the halo intensity factor quickly becomes zero. All the statistics of the proton beam, such as the mean square root radius, the mean square sum of the transverse beam lateral momentum, and the average emissivity ratio are reduced to 1/3 many. The law is very effective, with potential applications.
