[目的]了解深圳市南山区近3年的流感病毒变异、变化及流行规律,做好流感预防控制工作。[方法]采用常规狗肾传代细胞(MDCK)法分离流感病毒并进行毒株鉴定。[结果]2005年共分离流感病毒64株,其中H1N1亚型9株、H3N2亚型44株、B型11株;2006年分离流感病毒48株,H1N1亚型18株、H3N2亚型2株、B型28株;2007年分离流感病毒69株,H1N1亚型2株、H3N2亚型57株、B型10株。3年的阳性分离率分别为13.3%、12.0%、22.6%。[结论]3年的流感病原学监测中,虽然未发现新的突变株,但流感病毒株的流行每年都发生型别的变化;2005年本地区以H3N2亚型流感病毒流行为主,2006年以H1N1亚型和B型(Victoria系)为主,2007年又以H3N2亚型流感病毒流行为主。
[Objective] To understand the variation, variation and epidemic pattern of influenza virus in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City for nearly three years and make a good effort in influenza prevention and control. [Method] The influenza virus was isolated and identified by conventional MDCK method. [Results] Sixty-four strains of influenza were isolated in 2005, of which H1N1 subtype was 9, H3N2 subtype was 44, and B type was 11 strains. In 2006, 48 influenza strains, 18 H1N1 subtypes, 2 H3N2 subtypes, B type 28 strains; in 2007 isolated 69 influenza viruses, H1N1 subtype 2, H3N2 subtype 57, B type 10 strains. The positive isolation rates in three years were 13.3%, 12.0% and 22.6% respectively. [Conclusion] Influenza etiological surveillance in three years, although no new strains were found, but the epidemic of influenza strains occur every year type changes; 2005 H3N2 subtype influenza virus prevalence in the region, 2006 H1N1 subtype and type B (Victoria line) mainly in 2007 again H3N2 subtype influenza virus prevalence.
