为了提高基于暂态电压电弧特性的自适应重合闸方法的适应性,提出了一种基于电压双窗函数暂态能量比的新判据,该方法克服了原单窗能量函数法难以用单一阈值区分故障的问题。为了更有效地提取高频能量,提出了一种新的形态学闭开一开闭梯度滤波算子(COOCG)。这种方法能够克服多分辨形态梯度变换本身所带来的平波作用。EMTP仿真研究袁明,由这种方法构成的自适应重合闸方案提高了判别的可靠性,具有实用价值。
In order to improve the adaptability of adaptive reclosing method based on the characteristics of transient voltage arcs, a new criterion based on the transient energy ratio of voltage dual-window function is proposed.
