目的观察长期接触小剂量照射对放射性工作人员健康的影响;对新疆2006~1010年来加强辐射防护知识培训,改善辐射工作条件的效果作出评价。方法近五年新疆省826名放射工作人员职业健康检查染色体资料进行分析.采用微量全血培养法进行常规染色体畸变分析。结果放射性从业人员外周血染色体畸变率与对照组比较(P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;染色体畸变(双+环)在逐年降低。结论长期接触小剂量照射对放射工作人员健康的影响,主要表现在细胞遗传学上的一些损害效应。
Objective To observe the effect of long-term exposure to low-dose radiation on the health of radioactive workers and to evaluate the effect of strengthening radiation training knowledge training and improving radiation working conditions in Xinjiang from 2006 to 1010. Methods Chromosome data of occupational health check-ups of 826 radiation workers in Xinjiang Province in the past five years were analyzed, and conventional chromosomal aberrations were analyzed by micro-whole blood culture. Results The chromosome aberration rate in peripheral blood of radioactive workers was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The chromosome aberration (double ring) decreased year by year. Conclusion Long-term exposure to small doses of radiation on the health of radiation workers, mainly in cytogenetics, some of the damaging effects.
