作为全真教的开创者,王重阳在传教过程中,除了利用诗歌等文学题材进行传教,还多次运用绘画作品来进行传教。在元代夏文彦所著的通史性绘画著作《图绘宝鉴》中,首次高度评价了王重阳的绘画作品。结合《道藏》、壁画等文献、绘画资料,本文力图对王重阳绘画作品所表达的主题、作用等进行系统的分析和研究。
As a founder of Quanzhenism, Wang Chung-yang, in his missionary process, used not only the use of poetry and other literary genres to preach but also the use of paintings for missionary work. For the first time in a metaphorical work of painting and calligraphy illustrated by Wen Yan in the Yuan Dynasty, Wang Chung-yang’s paintings were highly praised. Combined with the documents such as Taoism and murals and the materials of painting, this paper attempts to systematically analyze and study the theme and function of Wang Chung-yang’s paintings.
