研究了TP-650钛基复合材料中TiC粒子与基体钛合金之间的反应界面。利用SEM和TEM观察了界面的形态,界面窄而干净,没有发现其它反应产物。用电子能量损失谱仪测量了反应界面内的C浓度变化,测出了界面层的宽度。C浓度曲线呈连续变化,没有突变点,可以认为反应界面层主要是TiC粒子降解反应引起的C原子向基体内扩散的失碳层。界面层的宽度随热处理加热温度而变,加热温度越高,界面层越宽。
The reaction interface between TiC particles and matrix titanium alloy in TP-650 titanium matrix composites was studied. The morphology of the interface was observed by SEM and TEM. The interface was narrow and clean, and no other reaction products were found. The change of C concentration in the reaction interface was measured by electron energy loss spectrometer, and the width of the interface layer was measured. C concentration curve showed a continuous change, there is no mutation point, it can be considered that the reaction interfacial layer is mainly caused by TiC particle degradation reaction of carbon atoms to the matrix diffusion of carbon layer. The width of the interface layer varies with the heating temperature of the heat treatment. The higher the heating temperature, the wider the interface layer.
