自助借还机改变了传统的服务形式给读者与图书馆之间提供了一个崭新的互动平台,是图书馆顺应时代发展的必然产物。本文围绕自助借还机图书漏借错借、拒借拒还、对读者的违规行为不能正确识别等应用现状进行了详细阐述并提出了三点改进策略:其一,加强对读者的宣传教育,养成良好的借阅习惯。其二,加强读者证件的有效管理,完善管理机制。其三,加强馆员队伍建设,加大监管力度。
