白菜的营养价值很高,含有维生素A、B、C等,铁、钾等矿物质也较多。白菜性甘凉,有寒底子的人吃白菜只要在做菜时加入些生姜就无碍了。正因其性甘凉且富含纤维素,便秘的人吃了就可刺激肠的蠕动,起到通便的作用。
