本文论述了半连轧厂前增设连铸机对钢坯热装炉的影响。目前初轧坯热装率为,50~60%,使用连铸坯后,由于品种结构的变化,初轧坯以沸腾钢为主,而沸腾钢有利于液芯加热和液芯轧制。因此,可以大大提高钢坯入炉温度,为热装提供了优越的条件。连铸坯在连轧线上采取在线火焰清理,只要连铸坯料尺寸适当,或在热轧厂进行调宽轧制,就可为热装炉创造可靠的条件。除此而外,在半连轧厂技术改造中,对大立辊进行改造,精轧机实现快速换辊措施,增建加热炉,提高烧钢能力。半连轧厂经技术改造后,必将提高热装率,达到节能的目的。
This article discusses the impact of adding a continuous casting machine in front of the semi-continuous rolling mill to the billet hot charging furnace. Therefore, the billet can be greatly increased into the furnace temperature, providing excellent conditions for hot-rolled. Continuous casting slab in the line to take on-line flame cleaning, as long as the appropriate size of continuous casting billet, or hot rolling mill widening rolling, you can create reliable conditions for hot-loading furnace. In addition, in the technical transformation of semi-continuous rolling mill, the transformation of large vertical roller, finishing mill to achieve rapid roll change measures, additional furnace, improve the ability to burn steel. Semi-continuous rolling mill after technological transformation, will increase the rate of heat loading, energy-saving purposes.
