“225”对狗造血型急性放射病有较好的防治效果,无论在照前照后给药均能提高外周血白细胞水平和动物的存活率。但它如何发挥其防治作用,对照射狗的造血干细胞有无影响,这是值得探索的问题。本实验的目的是:(1)以造血干细胞为对象研究硫辛酸二乙胺基乙酯(“225”)防治急性放射病的作用原理,(2)比较“225”对大小动物造血干细胞的作用特点,为推导对人的疗效提供科学依据。
“225” has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on acute hematopoietic disease of dogs. Administration of peripheral blood leukocytes and animal’s survival rate can be improved regardless of the administration of “225”. But how does it play its role in prevention and treatment of irradiation on the hematopoietic stem cells of dogs have no effect, which is worth exploring. The purpose of this experiment is to: (1) study the action principle of diethylaminoethyl lipoate (“225”) in the prevention and treatment of acute radiation sickness based on hematopoietic stem cells; and (2) compare the effect of “225” on the hematopoietic stem cells of large and small animals , To provide a scientific basis for deriving the efficacy of human.
