本文报告应用放射免疫法测定精神分裂症患者32例和正常对照组25例在子夜0时和上午8时的血浆皮质醇水平,结果显示患者组比对照组血浆皮质醇水平增高,差别有显著性。推测这种异常可能是精神分裂症疾病本身的变化之一。
This paper reports the application of radioimmunoassay in 32 patients with schizophrenia and 25 healthy controls at 25 o’clock and plasma cortisol levels, the results showed that patients with plasma cortisol levels higher than the control group, the difference was significant . Speculated that this abnormality may be one of the changes in schizophrenia itself.
