用帘式、传统刮刀和薄膜涂布技术对定量为38g/m2的原纸进行低定量涂布(LWC);采用多种新型和传统表面特性分析方法研究了涂布纸的纸张性能,其中包括光学性能、粗糙度、涂布量分布及压缩均一性;对比了3种不同涂布技术对涂布纸表面特性的影响。结果发现:帘式涂布可获得最均一的涂布量和表面粗糙度,能很好地保留松厚度,比刮刀和薄膜涂布的纸张更具有可压缩性。
Low basis weight coating (LWC) of base paper with a basis weight of 38 g / m2 was achieved using curtain, conventional doctor blade and film coating techniques; the paper properties of the coated paper were studied using a number of novel and traditional surface characterization methods including optical Performance, roughness, distribution of coating quantity and compression uniformity. The effects of three different coating technologies on the surface properties of coated paper were compared. As a result, it has been found that curtain coating achieves the most uniform coating amount and surface roughness, retains bulk well, and is more compressible than scraper and film-coated paper.
