由黑龙江省农科院情报所主持召开的“东北三省四院情报网会暨学术研讨会”于1992年8月16—18日在牡丹江市温春召开。出席会议的有辽宁省农科院情报所、锦州市农科所、辽宁省盐硷地研究所、吉林省农科院情报所、黑龙江农垦科学院情报所、黑龙江省农科院情报所、水稻所和牡丹江农科所等单位的情报所长、研究人员、开发人员及图书资料人员共22人,大会收到论文18篇。会议期间由中国农学会科技情报分会理事张文广同志介绍了国内情报改革现状;三省四院情报所长分别介绍;情报改革的做法和经验;会上有10名代表做了学术报告;
Held by Information Office of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, “Northeast China Sikang Information Network and Symposium” was held on August 16-18, 1992 in Wenchun, Mudanjiang City. Present at the meeting were Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Jinzhou Institute of Agriculture, Institute of Saline and Alkalinity in Liaoning Province, Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences Information Office, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences Information Office, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences Information Office, Rice And Mudanjiang Agricultural Science and other units of intelligence chiefs, researchers, developers and a total of 22 library staff, the conference received 18 papers. During the meeting, Comrade Zhang Wenguang, director of the Science and Technology Information Branch of the Chinese Agricultural Society, introduced the status quo of the domestic intelligence reform; introduced intelligence chiefs of the four provinces and four courtyards respectively; practices and experiences in information reform; ten delegates made academic reports;
