江泽民总书记针对当前我国干部队伍的现状,在纪念中国共产党成立七十五周年座谈会上的讲话中,尖锐地指出:“严重的问题在于教育干部”。读着江总书记的这一结论性的忠告,不禁使我们联想起当年合作化运动初期,毛主席针对我国五亿多农民的状况,曾一针见血地指出:“严重的问题在于教育农民。”当时,我国农民阶级正处于社会主义革命的历史关头,两极分化相当严重。毛主席正是在这一历史的转折关头,高瞻远瞩,不失时机地用党的基本理论和基本路线教育广大农民,将农民阶级引上了社会主义的康庄大道,从而胜利地完成了过渡时期总路线的历史任务。
