通过添加不同含量的氟化镍(NiF_2)对改质沥青-煤焦油复合粘结剂进行改性,并采用改性复合粘结剂与电煅无烟煤、沥青焦、熟碎制备铝电解用炭间糊,研究NiF_2添加量对炭间糊常规性能、膨胀/收缩过程、质量损失过程以及微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着NiF_2添加量增加,炭间糊的致密程度和导电性能逐渐提高,耐压强度和膨胀/收缩率均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,挥发分在8.86%~9.53%范围内波动;体积膨胀显著增加,焦化温度提前,残炭值提高;NiF_2添加剂的反应产物以复杂混合物形式分布于粘结焦层片结构。当NiF_2添加量为4%时,炭间糊的综合性能达到最佳。
