作为我国第四大区域经济发展核心区,近年来,环北部湾经济圈建设在加强国际合作特别是中国同东盟国家区域经济合作方面的拉动作用越来越明显。环北部湾经济圈建设的进行也给沿边经济区或省市带来了很大的机遇和挑战,有效促进更大范围或次区域合作的和谐发展成为迫在眉睫的现实问题。文章对环北部湾区域合作发展的可行性及必要性进行了分析,并针对性地提出了一些建议和措施。
In recent years, as the core area for the economic development of the fourth largest in our country, in recent years, the role of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in boosting international cooperation, especially the regional economic cooperation between China and the ASEAN countries, has become increasingly evident. The construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has also brought great opportunities and challenges to the economic zones along the border or to the provinces and cities. It is an imminent and immediate problem to effectively promote the harmonious development of cooperation in a larger area or subregion. The article analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the cooperation and development around the Beibu Gulf area and puts forward some suggestions and measures pertinently.
