转动套是内燃凿岩机主要零件之一,它担负传动动力与扭矩的作用。近来在完工后一段时间及随机发至用户使用一段时间或未使用均发现套筒体开裂造成该件报废,以至影响产品质量和声誉。该零件采用20Cr材料经粗加工一渗碳-淬火-回火-磨内孔-压装-磨外圆-磨端面-检验-入库等一系列工序。因该工艺中有热压工序,多数人认为套筒体开裂是配合尺寸不对,过盈量过大所致。经过抽样测定后发现配合尺寸均在工艺尺寸之内。经分析,我认为其开裂主要原因是热处理后磨削
