我厂湿法冶金车间有4台φ1.5×15m球磨机,为主要生产设备,其主轴轴承为滑动轴承。制造厂家的说明书规定:主轴承采用油池及带油环润滑,羊毛毡密封,润滑剂为30~#机械油。长期以来,我们一直按此要求给轴承加油。从实际使用情况来看,羊毛毡的密封效果不好,大量机油从轴封处漏掉,不仅造成很大浪费,而且污染了生产环境,甚至可能出现烧瓦抱轴的重大设备事
