针对目前普通高等院校网球发球技术教学中普遍存在“教师难教、学生难学”的局面,本研究在查阅、搜集大量文献资料的基础上找到网球发球技术是由哪些动作环节组成,哪些是网球发球技术最主要的、最重要的动作环节,哪些是发球技术次要的动作环节,首先通过专家访谈及发放专家调查问卷确定量化网球发球技术动作的具体环节。其次通过录像解析法确定网球发球技术动作环节的特征参数模型。最后通过在网球普修组实施网球发球技术动作环节特征参数控制和练习负荷的定量化教学,以证实该教学模式在提高教学质量和教学效率,实现教学目标的可行性及优越性。
Aiming at the current situation that “the teacher is hard to teach and the students are hard to learn” in the teaching of tennis serve in colleges and universities at present, this research finds out the action parts of tennis serve on the basis of consulting and collecting a large amount of documents and materials, Which is the most important tennis service, the most important part of the action, which is the second major part of the service process, first of all through expert interviews and the issuance of expert questionnaires to determine the specific aspects of quantitative tennis serve technical action. Secondly, the video-analytic method was used to determine the characteristic parameter model of the tennis serve. At last, the quantitative teaching of load control and practice load is carried out through the implementation of tennis serve in tennis practice group to prove the feasibility and superiority of this teaching mode in improving teaching quality, teaching efficiency and teaching goal.
