我院自1985～2002年间经手术和病理确诊胰腺囊腺癌7例,现结合有关资料对其影像学特征及诊断问题进行讨论报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料7例胰腺囊腺癌患者,男4例,女3例,年龄30～68岁,病程1.5～6个月,见表1。
