对从广州微生物研究所引进9个草菇菌株与江苏省江南生物科技有限公司常用品种V830进行对比试验,以期能筛选出适合江苏省丹阳市及周边地区栽培出菇的优良菌株。经过对菌丝生长速度、生物学效率及出菇农艺性状进行的分析比较,结果表明,在这10个供试菌株中,草菇菌株V9715具有菌丝生长旺盛,出菇时间早,抗杂菌能力强,生物学效率高,子实体商品性状较好的特点,而且所有的试验都是在当地自然条件下栽培,其产量和形状表现为适宜在江苏省丹阳市及周边地区生产中应用,可代替本地菌株V830使用,同时为遗传变异和遗传育种提供了重要的材料。
Nine strains of mushroom strains introduced from Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology were compared with V830, a commonly used variety of Jiangnan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province in order to screen out excellent strains suitable for cultivation and fruiting in Danyang City and surrounding areas of Jiangsu Province.
