近几年,我参加了几次部属及双重领导单位医院等级评审工作,深刻地感受到国家卫生主管部门推行医院分级管理,实行医院等级评审制度,是国家医疗卫生管理改革中的一项重大举措,这不仅是卫生行政管理工作中的一件大事,也是医院管理建设中的一件大事。自1989年,卫生部发布实施《关于实施“医院分级管理办法(试行草案)”》(以下简称《医院分级管理》)和《综合医院分级管理标准(试行草案)》(以下简称《分级管理标准》)以来,全国各地区很多县级以上医院都进行了医院等级评审,不少企业职工医院也参加了第一轮医院等级评审。凡是参加了医院等级评审的医院,都明显地促进了医院自身的管理水平、医疗水平和服务质量等方面的提高。
