任“军事常委”4年来,我深深地体会到做好民兵、预备役工作,必须赢得地方党委、政府的支持,必须在勤学、勤帮、勤思这“三勤”上下功夫,强化职责意识。一是勤学。作为人武部政委、县委常委,首先是政委。当务之急是要学习先进的军事理论和军事高科技知识,提高“战时政治工作领导能力”,围绕战时“防卫作战、兵员动员、支前保障”任务,积极组织民兵、预备役做好战时保畅通任务。其次是县委常委。几年来,联系自己的实际工作,就如何做好“军事常委”工作总结了一些经验。我认为要完成县委、县政府交给的地方工作,就必须懂得市场经济知识,努力提高参政议政水平。为此,我积极参与地方重大活动,在实践中学习;在参加研究地方重大问题中,向其他常委同志虚心学习,多阅读一些做地方工作的书籍。如对地方政府分给我的招商引资任务,就利用自己学得的市场经济知识,积极主动宣传招商引资政策,想办法争取他们在县城投资办厂。 In the past four years as “the military standing committee”, I have deeply realized that to do a good job in militia and reserve work, we must win the support of the local party committees and governments. To this end, I actively participated in major local activities and learned in practice. While attending major regional issues of study, I humbly learned from other Standing Committee members and read more books on local work.
