Objective: In this paper, clinical application of vitamin D on the immune regulation of allergic diseases in neonatal analysis and discussion. Methods: Fifty newborns with vitamin D deficiency were selected for group discussion. Among them, 25 newborns in the routine group were not supplemented with vitamin D and 25 newborns in the control group were supplemented with vitamins. Then, the incidence of pediatric rickets, diabetes, asthma and lower respiratory tract infection in the two groups were compared and discussed. Results: In the control group, there was no pediatric rickets in the newborns with vitamin D supplementation, 1 newborn with congenital diabetes, 3 newborns with asthma on average, accounting for 12% of the total, and newborn with lower respiratory tract infection An average of 3 cases, 12% of the total number. Conventional group did not add neonatal vitamin D, 10 cases of pediatric rickets, accounting for 40% of the total number of newborns with diabetes, 13 cases, accounting for 52% of the total number of patients with asthma and lower respiratory tract were 15 cases , Both accounted for 60% of the total number, while calculating P <0.05 was statistically significant. Record data has clinical significance, for neonatal allergic diseases, the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in newborns is much higher than the lack of vitamin D in newborns, so the lack of vitamin D can lead to a decrease in neonatal immunomodulatory capacity, the probability of infection with the virus Increase. Conclusion: Vitamin D has some immunomodulatory effects on neonatal allergic diseases.
