为了做好铁矿石采购、优化配矿工作,柳钢进行了铁矿石采购和生产评价体系的研发设计和实际应用。柳钢铁矿石采购和生产评价体系包括单种矿性价比模型、烧结一球团一炼铁联动优化配矿模型两大模块,单种矿性价比模型是基于矿石化学成分、物理性能(烧损、水分等)的经济价值测算模型,可实现对同种类单种矿石性价比高低进行评价;烧结一球团一炼铁联动优化配矿模型是基于铁水成本的优化配矿模型,可根据实际情况选择不同计算方式,寻求不同计算条件下铁水成本最低的配比方案。
