有着清晰的教学思路,运用多样化的教学方法,在明确的目标任务指引下,学生能够积极投入到学习中,获得良好的课堂效果,是目前对高效课堂的简单概括。为了使学生在知识与技能、过程与方法及情感态度与价值观方面有一定发展,教师尝试采用多种教学方法,然而一些教师仅仅追求了形式上的好课,导致课堂上很多无效教学行为的产生。反思这些无效教学行为,追问制约课堂教学的因素,对于构建高效课堂显得尤为必要。
With clear teaching ideas and diversified teaching methods, under the guidance of clear goals and objectives, students can actively participate in learning and obtain good classroom effects. This is a brief summary of efficient classrooms. In order to make students have some development in knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values, teachers try to adopt a variety of teaching methods. However, some teachers only pursue formal good class, resulting in a lot of invalid teaching behavior in class . Reflecting on these invalid teaching behaviors and asking about the factors restricting classroom teaching is particularly necessary for building an effective classroom.
