我省近年来,平菇生产发展很快,普遍采用塑料袋立体化栽培.此法成本低,效益高,但由于塑料袋是直立排放在棚内出菇的,出过二、三潮菇后,袋料水分大量散失,不能满足菌丝生长的需要,而培养料中的养分还没有耗尽,有些菇农便把菌袋置容器中浸泡补水让其再出菇,由于这样做费工,所以不适宜大批量生产。我们采用挖沟埋袋补水法,不但省工,省时,而且简便易行。1986年在全县5个点进行试验,共埋菌料4万余袋,平均每袋产菇250克(高产袋达500克以上),共收鲜菇1万余公斤,生物转化率达38%以上.具体做法是:①挖沟.在棚内挖宽1~1.5米、深0.3米的长条沟,沟与沟之间留0.5米走道.②脱袋.选袋子大部分还有菌丝,出过二,三潮菇而尚有部分
