在现代科技飞速发展的今天,手机从当初的可望而不可及的奢侈品,已经成了进入寻常百姓家的移动通信工具了,一些家庭条件允许、走在时尚潮头的中学生也开始使用手机。校园里、大街上,随时随处可以看见使用手机的中学生。他们将手机功能发挥得淋漓尽致,如短信、蓝牙、QQ、GPRS无线上网等等。而手机中的这些强大功能,也使他们与同学之间的友情、与父母之间的亲情联系得更加亲密、更加长远。然而,水过满则溢,物极而必反。手机到了中学生手里,使用的范围便远远超过了一般的日常生活:疯狂而不计时间、不计金钱地发短信,在手机中储存多种多样的不良信息,由于手机的档次不同而引起互相攀比,甚至引发手机偷盗事件……所有这些现象,又成为家长和老师抵制中学生使用手机的理由。手机到底是福是祸?中学生适不适合配用手机?该不该禁止中学生使用手机?社会各界也众说纷纭。为此,本刊对江西、广东、浙江、山东等地60所高中的600名学生以及一部分家长、教师和专家进行了调查与咨询。

The mobile phone is in the hands of middle school students, and the scope of use far exceeds the ordinary daily life: sending messages by madness without counting time and money, and storing a variety of bad information in mobile phones. , and even trigger cell phone theft ... ... all these phenomena, but also become a reason for parents and teachers to resist the use of mobile phones by middle school students. In the end, is the mobile phone a blessing or a curse? Is it not appropriate for middle school students to use mobile phones? Should students of secondary schools not be allowed to use mobile phones? The community is also divided into different opinions. To this end, the Journal conducted surveys and consultations with 600 students from 60 high schools in Jiangxi, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Shandong, as well as some parents, teachers, and experts.
