随着我国人民收入、生活水平的不断提高,我国人民对食品的需求也越来越大,越来越多样化。我国的食品生产业也相应的得到了迅速发展,但是我国经常会出现各种食品安全问题,在危害人民身体健康的同时,也让我国人民对食品生产业产生了信任危机,不利于食品生产业的可持续发展。因此,必须要采取措施控制食品质量,做好食品安全风险分析工作,保障我国人民的身体健康,解决掉当前的信任危机。
