在我国,随着科学发展观的提出,经济的可持续发展已经成为了各大企业和组织的共识。随着经济结构的调整和产业结构的升级,企业之间的竞争重心已经由传统的生产力竞争变成了人力资源竞争。人已经成为了一个企业最重要同时也是最具有竞争力的关键因素。但是,由于企业内部对于人力资源的管理并不科学,导致人力资源在一定程度上形成浪费,进而制约了企业核心竞争能力的提高。那么,如何实现有效的人力资源管理,并推动经济的可持续发展呢,相关学者已经进行了诸多的研究。笔者在前人研究的基础上,深入探究人力资源管理的内涵,分析人力资源管理与经济可持续发展的关系,并从经济可持续发展的角度出发对人力资源管理提出自己的建议:规范人力资源市场的管理体系;建立人力资源的客观评价体系;注重宏观调控的有效性。
In our country, with the introduction of the scientific concept of development, the sustainable development of economy has become the consensus of major enterprises and organizations. With the adjustment of economic structure and upgrading of industrial structure, the center of gravity of competition among enterprises has changed from traditional productivity competition to human resources competition. People have become the most important and also the most competitive key factor for an enterprise. However, as the internal management of human resources is not scientific, resulting in a certain degree of waste of human resources, thereby limiting the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises. So, how to realize effective human resource management and promote the sustainable development of economy, many scholars have carried out many researches. On the basis of previous studies, the author explores the connotation of human resource management in depth and analyzes the relationship between human resource management and sustainable development of economy. From the perspective of economic sustainable development, the author puts forward his own suggestions on human resource management: standardizing human resources Market management system; establish an objective evaluation system of human resources; pay attention to the effectiveness of macro-control.
