本文对钢轨铝热焊焊接接头各部位的韧性进行了试验研究。试骏确定接头低韧性区为焊缝和近缝区,该部位的冲击韧性值约为49.035KJ/m~2左右。作者在分析其薄弱原因的基础上对改善焊接接头的韧性的途径进行探讨,并指出小试样试验中采用900℃保温20分钟空冷热处理,可使接头各部位的冲击值均达到98.070KJ/m~2以上,热处理过程中影响焊缝金属韧性的主要因素为化学成份均匀化,而影响热影响区韧性的主要因素为晶粒大小。
In this paper, the experimental study of the toughness of various parts of the rail aluminum heat welded joints. Test Chun determine joint toughness zone for the weld and near seam area, the part of the impact toughness value of about 49.035KJ / m ~ 2 or so. Based on the analysis of the causes of the weakness, the author discusses the ways to improve the toughness of the welded joint. It is pointed out that the small-specimen test with air-cooling heat treatment at 900 ℃ for 20 minutes can make the impact value of each part reach 98.070KJ / m ~ 2, the main factor that affects the toughness of the weld metal during the heat treatment is the chemical composition homogenization, and the main factor affecting the toughness of the heat affected zone is the grain size.
