评定飞机结构的疲劳寿命,应该在疲劳定寿的全部试验中施加载荷谱和对应的腐蚀环境,由于腐蚀环境的复杂性,工程上无法实施。为解决这一问题,本文以一般环境下疲劳定寿结论为基础,针对歼击机腐蚀环境特点及主要疲劳关键件和关键部位,建立了一整套综合考虑地面停放腐蚀和空中腐蚀疲劳影响的寿命修正方法及对应的试验与分析技术,对飞机结构疲劳寿命和外场飞机的单机寿命监控有重要的工程应用价值。
To assess the fatigue life of an aircraft structure, the load spectrum and the corresponding corrosive environment should be applied in all tests of fatigue life, which can not be performed on the project because of the complexity of the corrosive environment. In order to solve this problem, based on the conclusion of fatigue life in general environment, a set of life-span correction method considering comprehensive consideration of ground parking corrosion and air corrosion fatigue is established for the characteristics of corrosive environment and key fatigue parts and key parts of fighter aircraft. And the corresponding test and analysis technology, it has important engineering application value to the fatigue life of aircraft structure and the stand-alone aircraft life monitoring of outfield aircraft.
