网架结构已经在建筑工程领域广泛应用,而传递网架结构内力的关键部位之一就是铸钢节点,满足网架节点的受力要求是保证网架结构安全的必要条件。重庆江北机场新建航站楼实体网架工程中的空间铸钢节点不仅空间造型各异,而且受力情况相对复杂,为此,对此网架节点进行力学性能分析。首先通过ANSYS有限元软件分析了节点区域在设计荷载作用下应力分布情况以及变形量,判断其能否满足实际工程设计要求;其次通过试验分级加载得到荷载-位移曲线和此时的应力及变形云图;然后进一步研究了节点破环时的一些特征;最后对此类异形铸钢节点使用及施工过程提出优化建议。
The grid structure has been widely used in the field of construction engineering. One of the key parts that transmit the internal force of the grid structure is the cast steel node. Satisfying the stress requirements of grid nodes is the necessary condition to ensure the grid structure safety. The space steel nodes in the physical truss project of the new terminal building of Jiangbei Airport in Chongqing not only have different spatial shapes but also have relatively complicated stress conditions. Therefore, the mechanical properties of the grid nodes are analyzed. Firstly, the stress distribution and the deformation of the node area under the design load are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software to determine whether it meets the requirements of the actual engineering design. Secondly, the load-displacement curve and the stress and deformation cloud at this time Then, some characteristics of the broken ring are further studied. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to the use and construction of such deformed steel castings.
