卫星移动通信系统存在可用频谱资源变少和资源利用率低的矛盾。认知无线电技术通过改变目前固定的频谱分配策略可显著提高频谱利用效率。文章从卫星移动通信中的ATC技术出发,根据认知无线电技术在卫星通信领域中的应用,设计了认知ATC系统的模型和认知ATC系统的组网流程,为智能的认知用户在复杂网络条件下快速入网和组网提供了依据。
The satellite mobile communication system has the contradiction of less available spectrum resources and low resource utilization rate. Cognitive radio technology can significantly improve spectrum efficiency by changing the current fixed spectrum allocation strategy. Based on the ATC technology in satellite mobile communication, this paper designs the model of cognitive ATC system and the networking process of cognitive ATC system according to the application of cognitive radio technology in the field of satellite communication. It provides a platform for intelligent cognitive users in complex Network conditions and rapid network access provided the basis.
