随着企业发展的需求,以及行业竞争的日趋激烈,企业员工培训成为企业赢得行业竞争优势的关键要素,同时也是企业发展的战略性要求。虽然很多的企业越来越重视培训工作,但培训效果不很理想,该文主要从企业培训效果评估贯穿于培训的整个始末,分别从反应评估、学习评估、行为评估、结果评估四个层次优化培训效果评估,并进一步将培训成果评估运用到企业人、物、财、信息管理中,实现培训收益的扩大化。因此,中国企业一定要做好这项对于企业长远发展具有至关重要的工作。
