上海自贸试验区是各类产业资本扩大开放,制度创新,加快发展的一个重要平台,对上海和周边农业创新驱动、转型发展、扩大开放也是一个机遇,各地农业部门也应积极参与大胆探索。上海自贸试验区于2013年9月29日正式挂牌成立。自贸区建设是我国深入改革扩大开放的重大战略,是打造中国经济“升级版”的重要举措。是适应国际经济发展新形势,增强上海发展活力,以及支持东部沿海乃至全国经济持续稳定发展的客观需要。
Shanghai Free Trade Zone is an important platform for various types of industrial capital expansion and opening up, system innovation and accelerated development. It is also an opportunity for agricultural innovation-driven, transitional development and opening up in Shanghai and the neighboring areas. All agricultural departments should also actively participate in the bold exploration. Shanghai Free Trade Zone was officially established on September 29, 2013. The construction of a free trade zone is a major strategy for our in-depth reform and opening up and an important measure for building the “upgraded version” of the Chinese economy. It is an objective need to adapt to the new situation of international economic development, enhance the vitality of Shanghai’s development, and support the sustained and stable economic development in the eastern coastal areas and the country as a whole.
