人才是企业的核心竞争力,决定着企业的未来。“三集五大”体系的建立,促使人员流动性增强,对人才队伍的建设提出了更高的要求,如何建立一支快速适应体系变化的人才队伍已成为供电企业研究的重要课题。通过借鉴国内外大型企业先进管理经验,对“三集五大”体系下人才阶梯培养模式进行了探索分析。
Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, determines the future of the enterprise. The establishment of “three sets and five big systems” has promoted the mobility of personnel and put forward higher requirements on the building of qualified personnel. How to establish a contingent of personnel that can quickly adapt to changes in the system has become an important issue for power supply enterprises. By drawing on the advanced management experience of large enterprises at home and abroad, this paper explores the training mode of talent ladder under the system of “three sets and five big”.
