本文着重评价术中经食道两维超声心动图(TEE)各项指标的重复性.3.5MH_2的相控制探头(Diasonics3400)置于9mm内窥镜导管上供TEE之用.平均年龄65岁的11(男10、女1)例接受冠状动脉搭桥术的患者,在诱导麻醉和气管插管后,将该探头插入食道内距门齿35~40cm处.转动探头方向显示左室长轴观;然后将探头稍插入且弯向前方,显示左室乳头肌水平短轴观.固定于此作连续监测.术中心脏有所移动,须根据乳头肌形状,小心调整探头位置,力求保持同一切面.在胸骨劈开之前和之后,在作外循环停止后5~10分钟以及缝皮时分别录像,术后供计算机分析.同一份录像资料:①由同一观察者相
This article focuses on the evaluation of intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) of the repeatability of the various indicators .3.5MH2 phase control probe (Diasonics3400) placed on 9mm endoscopic catheter for TEE. The average age of 65-year-old 11 (Male 10, female 1) cases of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery, after induction of anesthesia and tracheal intubation, the probe is inserted into the esophagus within 35 ~ 40cm from the incisors. Turn the probe direction shows the left ventricular long axis view; Slightly inserted into the probe and bent forward, showing the left ventricular papillary horizontal short axis view. Fixed in this for continuous monitoring. The intraoperative movement of the heart, according to papillary muscle shape, carefully adjust the probe position, and strive to maintain the same section. Before and after sternum cleavage, 5 to 10 minutes after the out-circulation was stopped and the seams were recorded separately for postoperative computer analysis.
