止目前,我省共建大型水闸20座,设计总蓄水量2.39亿m~3,设计灌溉面积23.41万hm~2,工程总投资达1.26亿元。多年来,这些工程在防洪、除涝、灌溉、发电、航运、补源以及工农业用水方面发挥着重要作用,为我省的经济可持续发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,随着水闸多年的运用,受自然因素、社会因素以及人为因素的影响,水闸存在的问题日益突出。笔者就目前全省大型水闸存在的主要问题及对策提出如下肤浅看法。1 存在的主要问题1.1 老化严重水闸老化是指水闸的安全性、适用性、耐久性性能的降低,具体表现为水闸效益的衰减,材料和结构性能的退化,出现裂
