：寻找鼻部外伤性骨折的准确诊断方法和有效的整复方法。方法：对２８０例鼻部外伤病人的鼻骨Ｘ线侧位摄片（其中７６例同时做鼻部ＣＴ水平位扫描）等资料进行分析：双侧鼻骨骨折２２０例，单侧鼻骨骨折１２例，单纯上颌骨额突骨折１５例，鼻骨、上颌骨额突复合骨折３０例，鼻骨、上颌骨和筛骨垂直板复合骨折３例。均行手法或手术整复。结果：２７７例复位满意，３例较差。结论：Ｘ线鼻骨摄片只能诊断双侧鼻骨同时骨折，而单侧鼻骨骨折、上颌骨额突骨折、筛骨垂直板骨折ＣＴ扫描均能清楚显示。鼻骨复位钳复位仍然是一种常用的方法。伴有筛骨垂直板骨折需同时做鼻中隔手术矫正复位，高位复合骨折或嵌插复位困难者，最好采用唇龈沟进路直视下手术复位。
