采用溶剂抽提及色谱质谱法,对催化裂化(FCC)汽油及脱臭后FCC汽油中硫醇性硫及碱性氮化物的分布与含量进行了考察。结果表明,不同催化裂化原料的FCC汽油中硫醇的种类和分布大致相同,都存在大量丁硫醇。脱臭后FCC汽油中异构的小分子硫醇和相对分子质量大的硫醇含量较多。苯硫酚的存在对硫醇的脱除和汽油的腐蚀都不利。不同催化原料的FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布也大致相同,主要由苯胺、吡啶两种物质组成,其中苯胺占90%以上。脱臭前后FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布基本没有变化。在现有脱臭条件下,碱性氮化物对脱臭催化剂活性和寿命没有明显影响。
Solvent extraction and chromatographic mass spectrometry were used to investigate the distribution and content of thiol sulfur and basic nitrides in FCC gasoline and deodorized FCC gasoline. The results showed that the types and distribution of mercaptans in the FCC gasoline with different FCC materials were roughly the same, and a large amount of butanethiol was present. Heterogeneous small molecule mercaptans and relatively high molecular weight mercaptans in FCC gasoline after deodorization are more abundant. The presence of thiophenol is detrimental to the removal of mercaptans and the corrosion of gasoline. The basic types and distribution of basic nitrides in FCC gasoline with different catalytic raw materials are also roughly the same, mainly composed of aniline and pyridine, of which aniline accounts for more than 90%. Before and after deodorization of FCC gasoline in the basic types and distribution of basic nitrides did not change. Under existing deodorization conditions, the basic nitrides have no significant effect on the catalyst activity and longevity of the deodorization catalyst.
