分析了波形钢腹板采用中厚钢板在传统冷成型过程中产生的缺陷及质量通病,结合山东鄄城黄河公路特大桥波形钢腹板的制造经验与体会,在本工程波形钢腹板制作中,成功地采用无牵制模压成型法,既有效地控制了质量通病,又明显地提升了各项产品指标。在参考日本等国波形钢腹板制造标准基础上,提出了更高标准的产品控制标准,以促进波形钢腹板桥在中国的应用与发展。
