该研究采用调查问卷,对重庆市各行政单位的237名领导者进行调查,探讨领导者的自我效能感对其工作绩效的影响。结果表明:领导者的自我效能感与工作绩效具有显著的相关关系;领导者的自我效能感对其工作绩效具有积极的预测作用。
The study uses a questionnaire survey of 237 leaders from various administrative units in Chongqing to investigate the impact of the leader’s self-efficacy on their job performance. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the self-efficacy and job performance of the leader; the self-efficacy of the leader positively predicts the performance of the work.
