介绍了某超高层建筑工程实例的结构选型及抗震设计。工程为“人”字形平面的超高层建筑,结构平面的三个翼塔连接薄弱,结构中心上下层设置了多个共享中庭空间,结构平面中心大部分楼层没有楼板连接,造成抗震非常不利。针对此种情况通过3种模型的对比分析,提出了合理的结构解决方案,并通过有效的计算分析和构造措施实现预定的抗震性能目标。
The structure selection and seismic design of a super high-rise building project are introduced. The project is a high-rise building with a flat shape. The three wing towers of the structural plane are weakly connected. A plurality of shared atrium spaces are arranged above and below the structural center, and most floors of the structural planar center do not have floor connection, resulting in a very adverse earthquake resistance . Aiming at this situation, through the comparative analysis of the three models, a reasonable structural solution is proposed, and the predetermined seismic performance target is achieved through effective calculation and analysis and construction measures.
