为了避免传统开发中的重复设计,缩短产品开发周期,降低生产成本,提出一种基于实时Windows目标快速控制原型平台的单机版方案,将Simulink创建的仿真模型自动生成代码下载到实时内核中运行,驱动外部设备,实现对真实被控对象的实时控制。在分析了任务定时和I/O接口之后,结合基于现场总线的一类网络化串级控制系统实例给出了实时仿真系统的开发流程和控制方法。实时仿真测试结果表明,相对于传统的控制设计,平台在实时处理能力、可扩展性和稳定性等方面都有比较明显的优势。
In order to avoid the repeated design in traditional development, shorten the product development cycle and reduce the production cost, this paper proposes a stand-alone solution based on real-time Windows target rapid control prototype platform. The simulation model created by Simulink is automatically generated and downloaded into the real- Drive external devices to achieve real-time control of the real controlled object. After analyzing the task timing and I / O interface, the development process and control method of real-time simulation system are given with an example of a kind of network cascade control system based on field bus. Real-time simulation results show that, compared with the traditional control design, the platform has obvious advantages in terms of real-time processing capability, scalability and stability.
